Sambucus nigra 'Haschberg' is a vigorously growing elderberry known for its high yield and excellent flavor. The large berries ripen evenly, making them ideal for juice, jam, and syrup. Harvest the berries only when they are fully ripe and black; elderberries must always be heated before consumption. The flowers are also delicious and can be used to make lemonade, syrup, or jelly.

Wetteren: every Friday afternoon in between 14:00h and 18:00h
Lochristi: every Saturday morning between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (from October until med-may)
We have no home delivery service, only pickup by the customer at depot possible.
